Chori seeks professionals who comprehend and align with its business, Corporate Philosophy and corporate slogan, and are furthermore capable of embodying such objectives in their actions. We engage in hiring practices that adhere to the basic policies as follows.

As such, we take steps to achieve objectives of health and productivity management given that we recognize the importance of sound corporate management underpinned by the physical and mental health of our employees and their families. This involves ensuring that our employees are able to continue their employment by accommodating life events of our employees and their families, such as marriages, childcare, illness, and nursing care.
